Post-Surgical Rehabilitation Program

手術形成的沾黏會導致關節活動度受限,產生疼痛,降低生活品質。徒手治療如關節鬆動術,筋膜刀處理沾黏,有助減少沾黏。

Adhesions caused by surgery can restrict joint mobility, create pain, and reduce quality of life. Manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization and instrument-assisted soft tissue release help reduce adhesions and improve recovery.

銀髮族運動計劃

Senior Exercise Program

為中高年齡人士設計,適合亞健康族群, 訓練肌力、心肺耐力為目標,延緩衰老。

Designed for middle-aged and older adults, especially those with sub-health conditions. The goal is to strengthen muscles, improve cardiopulmonary endurance, and slow down aging.

Our specialized treatments include one-on-one Pilates, scoliosis and posture correction, women’s pelvic health, and sleep regulation. With expert assessment and tailored training, we help improve spinal alignment, activate weak muscles, release tension, and integrate corrective movement into daily life. For prenatal and postnatal women, we focus on enhancing pelvic stability and mobility. Sleep regulation uses craniosacral rhythm techniques to guide the central nervous system into rest and recovery, reducing stress and improving quality of life.

結合醫學與器械皮拉提斯運動課程,訓練體態。

脊椎側彎/姿勢調整

Scoliosis / Posture Correction

評估側彎類型,運動治療誘發無力側肌肉,伸展放鬆緊繃側肌肉,使脊柱排列在正確位置,並著重將矯正應用 於在日常生活中。

Assess the type of scoliosis, use exercise therapy to activate the weakened side muscles, and stretch and relax the tightened side muscles, allowing the spine to align in the correct position. Emphasis is placed on applying the correction in daily life.
